The Varsity Show is a concert-style event featuring the music and dance routines from this year’s marching season. It is a wonderful celebration of all that the Marching Band has accomplished this fall. The show is Tuesday, October 22 in the high school auditorium.
Parents/Families: A great way to personalize and honor your student’s accomplishment is by placing an ad in the Varsity Show Program. Your ad can include pictures of your child(ren) from the marching season, messages of congratulations and pride, and more! This book will be a keepsake for your children for years to come!
Business Owners: The Varsity Show Program is a great way to advertise your business! There are 176 students whose immediate and extended family members, their friends, and band alumni attend this event making the program a great way to advertise! HOW TO SUBMIT ADS
Step 1: Complete online form (scroll down). You can pay via credit card online, or you can pay by check (make checks payable to Berea-Midpark Band Boosters) and have your student drop the check, in an envelope with the student’s name on it, in the booster box in the band room or mail the check to:

Step 2: Create your ad. Ideally, YOU create your ad, complete with correct size layout, in high resolution (at least 10MB), and in one of the following electronic files: jpg, png, or pdf.

Another option is to submit picture(s) with a message and we will layout the ad. If you need assistance creating your ad, please submit your request by SEPTEMBER 25! Please note: Be sure that your picture(s) are a high enough resolution (at least 2MB) and that the message is exactly as you want it to be in your ad – please check for grammatical/spelling errors before you send it.
Step 3: Submit Ad. Send ad files by 10/4/24 to BMHSBandBoosters@gmail.com (please put “Varsity Ad” in subject line). AD SPACE IS LIMITED and will be filled on a first paid/submitted basis. Please do not wait until the last minute! Ads turned in early are GREATLY appreciated! All ad submissions are subject to approval by the Band Booster executive board
