When Covid caused a safety concern for this year’s Varsity Show in the auditorium, the next best thing was to move the show outdoors and keep our fingers crossed for good weather. Then concerns arose over lighting, speaker systems, noise and everything else that we don’t worry about when we’re in an auditorium. But, “the show must go on” and with Mother Nature’s help, it was a big success.
A big crowd and an enthusiastic Titan Marching Band made for a memorable evening. And history was made, not only as the first Varsity Show held outdoors, but the first ever event on the front lawn of Berea-Midpark High School. This could be the beginning of a new outdoor venue to hold big events … weather permitting!
With video from Tracey and Jim Maxwell along with photos from Christine Dort, we hope you enjoy reliving the 2021 Varsity Show.
