Become a Booster

Thank you for your interest in the Berea-Midpark Band Boosters.

The Berea-Midpark Band Boosters is a group of dedicated volunteers who make it possible to sustain one of the highest quality music education programs in the country.  We have an exciting year planned and really need your help with our numerous activities.

Monthly meetings are held in the Berea-Midpark Band room primarily on the 1^st Tuesday of each month at 7:00p.m.  Visit the Band website (click here) for a complete listing of meetings.  Booster meetings are open to all!

If you are interested in becoming a Band Booster you can fill out the information below and click “submit” or you may use the paper form and drop it in the Band Booster box in the Band Room or mail it to:

In accordance with IRS and Ohio regulations governing non-profit organizations, it is the policy of The Berea-Midpark Band Boosters as well as a responsibility of the officers and its members that ethical, legal, financial or other conflicts of interest be avoided. The Berea-Midpark Band Boosters maintains a Conflict of Interest policy that you, as a member of the Berea-Midpark Band Boosters are required to follow. A copy of the Policy is available at all Band Booster Meetings.
